Phil Weiler is the Director of Operations and a realtor at the Caruso Group. He is passionate about all aspects of real estate, equipping the team with lots of experience as an agent and even coaching within Keller Williams. He brings a wealth of knowledge as he leads our team to success and streamlines our systems. His skills include strong communication, constant education, and utilizing cutting edge technology and marketing. Outside of real estate, Phil loves spending time with his wife and two children and enjoying the amazing outdoors that Florida has to offer.
